After doing the survey in your community determine how many elderly need help to do groceries, to clean their yard or snow removal, or maybe that just need some company.

If your church have some space to do a garden it is a good opportunity for those that love gardening to start one. There are also places designated by the city to do such activity.

Volunteers at Food Bank

FOOD BANK

Turn an area of your church in a food bank space. Collect food and provide food to the community a specific day of the week.

Make an announcement of prayer and go out with a group of your church to the streets and offer a prayer.

If your community needs to learn English, offered a free ESL class to the community with professionals of your church.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

If what your community needs it is an after school program, offer this to the community either for free or for a small fee, put together a team of moms that want to help and teach the kids about God.

Established a center in your church where the community can come and look for a job, can have a snack an a conversation about God.
